Return & Exchange Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders.

Size Exchange

We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky.

• Size exchange is available (subject to stock availability)
• All shipping charges for exchange (pickup and re-delivery) will be borne by the customer
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

Every product is carefully checked and packed by our team before dispatch.

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item:

• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim
• The video must be recorded from the start (sealed package) without cuts
• Claims without proper unboxing proof will not be accepted
• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
